Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-2 days for your order to be processed (excluding weekends and UK Public Holidays).
You will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please review your order and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you using the email address you submitted with your order.

Deliveries
Clothing & Badges
FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY. Currently delivery to UK Mainland addresses ONLY (unless purchased as part of a teddy bear order - please see Teddy Bears delivery information below). UK Mainland delivery time 1 to 2 working days.
Teddy Bears
Currently deliveries to UK, Europe, Canada, USA only. Royal Mail shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout dependant upon delivery address. You will be given the option to choose which Royal Mail service you require. Please note that deliveries outside the UK will be sent by Tracked services ONLY. Delivery times variable dependant upon delivery address. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at Checkout based on your choice.
Actual delivery times are outside our control once in the hands of the carrier.
Please note that some international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at
sales@teddy-bear-tales.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns And Exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@teddy-bear-tales.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
